Ingredients

2 cups water
1 cups sugar
1/4 cup dried lavender buds
1 tbsp honey
4 cups fresh lemon juice
Ice, for serving
Lemon slices & lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1 Combine the water, sugar, and lavender in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2 Remove from heat and stir in honey.
3 Set aside for 10 minutes. Strain out lavender.
4 Let cool completely, then stir in lemon juice.
5 Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
